Why Japan?

A nation where traditions and technology co-exist simultaneously. They value harmony, honesty and are one of the most hardworking people on the planet that made their nation on the top. They welcome religious activities, yet they are the 2nd largest people group who have not heard the Gospel and have less than 1% Evangelical Christians.
Underneath their stunning façade, their need for the love of Jesus is undeniable. Loneliness, depression, suicide, and decreasing birth rates are some of the social issues the nation is facing.
Most Japanese have never met a Christian, and they never had a chance to know and choose Jesus in their lifetime. Christian churches are at risk of closing as the pastors are aging and fewer young generations are stepping out for Jesus.
The Japanese have been living in darkness for centuries and weren't able to experience God’s light.
